PushCall introduces unique call banner

Imagine you want instant action from your potential customers when they see your add in your affiliate network, instead of redirecting them to a landingspage where they need to figure out what you want them to do...

PushCall now introduces the first call banner, where your potential customers can call you directly (VoIP with their PC) from the banner. And again as easy as all PushCall services; no software needed, any PC with speakers and a microphone can be used to make a call.

Incoming calls can be redirected to any destination; a land line number, a mobile number or a sip address. PushCall provides Call Detail Records (CDR's), visible from a realtime webinterface.

PushCall offers embedded contact services in PDF

Earlier this year we announced that we are able to embed our customer contact tools (Web-to-Phone, Call-me-Now and Click-to-Chat) in Adobe Acrobat PDF documents.

To view a demo document, click here.

Since Adobe released Acrobat 9, new opportunities arise for this appraoch. In the new release, you are able to define Flash variables seperate from the Flash movie. Now you can develop a Flash movie in which you define which variables will be set in the PDF doc.

Variables like target (destination phone number), customer ID, etc. can now be defined in Acrobat, enabling you to use the same Flash movie for all customers/documents.

PushCall and London based Clickstream partner up

'Software as a Service' (SaaS) providers Clickstream Technologies and Netherlands based Customer Contact specialists PushCall B.V. announced today their partnership to bring on-demand web chat, mail and telephone services to thousands of website owners.

Through their partnerships with Website hosting companies Clickstream and PushCall will offer a unique service to website owners, allowing their customers to communicate with them via telephone VOIP or call-me-back services as well as chat and mail. These services will all be accessible from an easy to use and unobtrusive overlay menu available from the website, which pops up only when required.

Using such a service would generally require time-consuming configuration and inclusion of small JavaScript code snippets (page tags) on every website page. However, using Clickstream's Datasherpa Platform and patented 'tagging automation' technology, website owners will now be able to activate these services at the click of a button. Each page will be dynamically and automatically tagged, on-the-fly, no matter how often a website changes, so customers can focus on using the information the services give them to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

The service will soon be launched through several leading UK web hosting providers.

PushCall MD, Kees van Nuland said "By improving online customer contact, companies are able to increase online sales and customer satisfaction. By using the tools we develop, the borders between the Internet and Telecom environment vanish and through our relationship with Clickstream, online customer contact becomes more and more a reality available to all website owners."

Brewster Barclay, Clickstream MD, said: "We are excited to partner with PushCall to offer online customer contact solutions to website owners, where web visitors can choose their preferred way of communicating. Using Clickstream's Datasherpa Platform, website owners are now free to enhance their online presence without the traditional barriers to implementation. No software or technical configuration is required and the solution works through any browser"
